This Refund Policy explains how refunds and withdrawal requests work for NuvRoam digital products. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
NuvRoam sells digital travel products, such as PDF/eBook guides and curated Google Maps or Google My Maps links. Because these are digital products with immediate access, specific rules apply to refunds and the right of withdrawal.
We always respect mandatory consumer protection law. This policy does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
All NuvRoam products are digital. No physical product is shipped. Access usually begins immediately after successful payment, through email delivery, a download link, a customer access page or a Google Maps / Google My Maps link.
At checkout, you are asked to request immediate access and to acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once digital delivery or access begins.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once digital performance or access begins, provided you gave prior express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.
This means that once you receive the PDF, eBook, download link or map link, a refund is generally not available simply because you changed your mind.

Please include your order email and order number where possible, so we can find your purchase quickly.
We review each request individually and in good faith. Refund eligibility depends on the product type, delivery status, access status, your checkout consent and applicable consumer law.
We will contact you by email with the outcome. We do not promise automatic refunds.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law, including rights related to digital content and conformity.
If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory consumer law prevails.
